SHARED TEAM BOOK
Privacy & access
This page lets approved shop colleagues and managers view and manage the same enquiry book as the Android app.
Google permissions
You can sign in to view only, or sign in to add and edit enquiries. Editing requests Google's spreadsheet permission, which Google describes as permission to see, edit, create and delete all your Google Sheets spreadsheets. This page is configured to use only the shop's shared enquiry sheet. Viewing requests only the read-only spreadsheet permission.
What the page reads and changes
The page reads the Enquiries and Visits tabs directly from Google. Records may include customer names, phone numbers, requested products, sources, notes, follow-up dates, return visits and purchases. With editing permission and Sheet Editor access, you can add enquiries, correct their details, record return visits and purchases, and mark enquiries deleted. Deletion retains the row and history in Google Sheets for recovery, while removing it from the app and totals. Web changes add an event to the Visits log labelled Web.
Who can access the book
The shop owner controls Google Drive Viewer and Editor permissions and the Google app's allowed test users. A viewer can read but Google will reject writes; an editor must also grant the site's editing permission to make changes. Knowing this website address does not provide access to customer records. The shop owner should only give Editor access to trusted staff.
Where information is kept
Google access tokens and enquiry records stay in this page's memory. They are not stored in local storage, cookies, the site's server, or its offline cache. Private display data is cleared when you sign out or the session expires. If a save has not been confirmed, its details and change identifier remain in page memory so its status can be checked after signing in again. Keep that page open until the save is resolved; closing it loses those unsaved recovery details. Offline caching contains only the public page and design files.
Saving and shared edits
An internet connection is needed to save. The page checks for newer details before sending an edit, preserves progress formulas and deletion flags, and checks uncertain saves by change identifier rather than automatically resending them. Edits occurring at exactly the same time may still use the last details received by Google. Avoid manually sorting or moving Sheet rows while app users are saving.
Hosting and Google
Cloudflare serves the public website files and may process ordinary connection information under its privacy policy. Google handles sign-in, consent and spreadsheet access under its policies. Customer records are requested from Google into your browser; the dashboard does not send them to Cloudflare. No live customer records are embedded in the public site files. Sample mode uses fictional records and does not change the real book.
Manage access
Contact the shop owner who shared this page for account access, corrections or record removal. Removing a person's Sheet permission blocks future reads and writes, though already displayed records may remain until sign-out, session expiry or a denied refresh. Google permission can also be removed from your account's third-party connections.
